Miami: Former President Donald Trump has been arraigned in a Miami court and will soon be arraigned again on charges of mishandling classified documents.
According to CNN, electronic copies of the former president’s fingerprints have been taken during court proceedings prior to his arrest. Donald Trump aide and co-defendant Walt Nota was also arrested and fingerprinted.
According to sources, Trump will file a pre-trial motion that will include terms of release and sanctions related to Trump’s behavior.
Trump faces 37 felony charges, including charges that he illegally withheld national defense information and attempted to influence witnesses in the Justice Department’s materials investigation, which is illegal.
It should be noted that in the light of the allegations related to the secret documents of the US Department of Justice, the chances of Donald Trump’s defeat in the 2024 presidential election have increased.
