Lahore: A CCTV footage of a shopkeeper being injured after resisting a robbery in Muslim Town area has emerged.
In the CCTV footage obtained by Express News, it can be seen that the incident took place at the Ali Hajwiri gas refilling shop at Map Stop on June 10 at 3:00 pm. One wears a pant shirt and the other wears a shalwar kameez.
The accused try to take the shop owner Arshad as a hostage at gunpoint, when he resists, one of the accused is seen firing, which hits the shop owner Arshad on the chest and hand and he sits down injured. He loots cash from the cash counter, the accused escape on a motorcycle after the incident.
The Muslim Town police have registered a case on the request of the victim shopkeeper’s brother Kashif, police say that the accused are being traced with the help of CCTV footage and other evidence.
