11 people were killed and more than 30 injured in an explosion in a mosque in the city of Faizabad, Afghanistan.
According to Afghan authorities, the former commander of Baghlan Police, Safiullah Samim, was killed in the explosion.
Officials further say that there is a fear of an increase in the death toll from the explosion.
Maulvi Nisar was killed in a car bomb blast in Faizabad on Tuesday.
