Karachi: Department of Colleges Sindh has introduced online application system for obtaining NOC and for any leave.
Director General Colleges Sindh Shadab Hussain on the direction of Secretary Colleges Sindh Ahmed Bakhsh Narejo has started the process of obtaining online Nomination Certificates (NOC) for teachers and non-teaching staff.
DG Colleges Professor Shadab Hussain while talking to Express in his office said that now the teachers will not need to go anywhere but will be able to sit at home and upload online for leave, allowance etc. on the website of the Department of Colleges. These outdated procedures were not only burdening our employees but also caused delays and administrative inefficiency.
He said that any employee’s application will be received by us on one click, online application which includes documents, medical certificates, travel itineraries, or relevant NOC will be uploaded system for automatic verification and processing of applications. There will also be a system, will ensure accuracy in decision making, provide real-time tracking facility to the applicants.
