The 20-year-old Sahil, who killed his minor girlfriend in public in Delhi, the capital of India, has been arrested and his statement has been recorded.
According to Indian media reports, Delhi Police says that they have arrested the young Sahil who killed 16-year-old Mehbooba from Bulandshahr area of Uttar Pradesh and recorded his statement.
Police say that in the statement recorded during the investigation, the accused Sahil has allegedly said that he has no remorse as the deceased Sakshi wanted to end her 3-year relationship with him.
The accused further said that the victim allegedly wanted to go back to her ex-lover and was ignoring him for some time. Sakshi’s ex-lover is a goon, whom she fears.
Police say that Sahil allegedly killed Sakshi with regular planning as according to the statement of the accused, he bought the device from the local market 2 weeks before committing the murder.
According to the police, the accused was intoxicated at the time of the incident.
On the other hand, police sources say that they may conduct a psycho-assessment test of the accused who allegedly killed his young girlfriend. During this test, they will ask the accused questions about his family, friends and his lifestyle. will do
They say that the said test can last for about three hours and it will help the police to understand the mental state of the accused.
It should be noted that last Sunday night, 20-year-old Sahil brutally killed his young girlfriend by stabbing her with a knife. After the CCTV footage of the incident came to light, the accused was immediately arrested.
It should be noted that accused Sahil had allegedly stabbed Sakshi more than 20 times and later crushed her face with the help of a stone, while according to the police report, 32 injury marks were allegedly found on the body of the victim.
