The written decision of the anti-corruption court to reject Parvez Elahi's interim bail

The anti-corruption court of Lahore issued a written decision rejecting the interim bail of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) president Pervez Elahi.

Anti-corruption court judge Ali Raza issued a two-page written decision.

The judgment states that the law is equal for all citizens, the court rejects Parvez Elahi’s bail on the grounds of non-appearance. The law is clear on interim bail.

According to the written decision, the investigating officer told the court that the investigation involving Parvez Elahi has not been conducted yet.

The decision also said that the medical reports of Pervez Elahi have not been verified at the official level.
