Arab engineer got justice in UAE!

A court in the United Arab Emirates has given justice to a private company that hired an assistant Arab engineer as a farmer.

According to Arab media, the Ras Al Khaimah Civil Court in the UAE has ordered the private company to pay the assistant engineer 25.7 thousand dirhams, repatriation ticket and case fees as compensation for hard work, unfair dismissal and unlawful dismissal. And pay other expenses.

Arab Engineer approached the court against the said private company. It was contended in the petition that he was called by the company for the profession of agriculturist as there was no quota for the post of engineer.

The petitioner contended that the contract of employment showed a farmer but the services of assistant engineer and technician were hired. The salary was 2668 dirhams. Worked for 4 years but 5 months salary was not given.

Arab Engineer had demanded the company to pay the arrears of 44 thousand 595 dirhams in the court.

When the case was heard in the court, the representative of the company took a stand in the court that he left the job on his own while he had taken a loan of 3308 dirhams from the company. However, the representative of the company admitted that the said employee has not been paid 5 months salary.

The court has issued a decision in favor of the Assistant Engineer by keeping all the details and evidence in front of him.
