As a result of Israel’s brutal bombing of Gaza, 20 martyrs, including women and children, have been retaliated against the Zionist state.
According to Al Jazeera, a barrage of rockets has been fired from the Gaza Strip towards southern Israel after repeated airstrikes on the besieged area by the Israeli army.
Israel’s Iron Dome defense system intercepted dozens of rockets, the military said, while warning sirens sounded for incoming rocket fire in Tel Aviv as well as in central and southern Israel.
Officials of the Palestinian Health Department say that at least two Palestinians have been martyred in the latest airstrikes, after which the number of martyrs has increased to 20 and more than 40 have been injured in two days of Israeli bombardment.
Three members of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad Movement are also among the martyrs. Locals say that Israeli planes bombed residential buildings early in the morning, multi-storied residential buildings were targeted by aerial bombardment and no alert or warning was issued before the operations.
21-year-old Daniya and 17-year-old Iman were martyred in Israel’s brutal bombardment of residential buildings in Tufa neighborhood of eastern Gaza.
The head of foreign affairs of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), Khalid Meshaal, says that all resistance organizations will respond together against Israel’s brutality.
