Fake bank account case, Asif Zardari's alleged frontman ready to surrender to law

Islamabad: Former President Asif Ali Zardari’s alleged frontman Younis Qadwai is ready to surrender before the court in the ongoing investigation of fake bank accounts in the National Accountability Bureau.

Younis Qadwai filed an application in Islamabad High Court for cancellation of warrant and fifteen-day protective bail, which has been fixed for hearing, a two-member bench headed by the Chief Justice will hear the application tomorrow.

The bench includes Chief Justice Amir Farooq and Justice Taman Rifat.

It should be noted that Younis Qadwai, named in the fake bank accounts case, is residing in Canada. The accountability court has declared Yunus Qadwai as an advertisement for his continuous non-appearance.
