Four friends drowned while bathing in the sea in Manora coastal area of Karachi. The bodies of three have been recovered, while the search for the fourth is on.
It has been three days since the incident, the family is overwhelmed with grief, the four friends were Hafiz Quran reciters.
On the occasion of Eid, four friends living in Korangi went to have a picnic and never came back alive.
The bodies of Anas, Hassan and Mubasher were found and handed over to their families. The three friends were buried in the local cemetery after the funeral prayers.
16-year-old Abdul Rahman could not be found even after 3 days, for whom rescue operation is ongoing. Abdul Rahman’s family is grief-stricken, he was the second of four siblings.
The family demanded the government to speed up the rescue operation.
