Chinese President Xi Jinping said in a telephone conversation with his Ukrainian counterpart Zelenskyi Volodymyr that China always stands for peace.
He said that China’s main position in the Ukraine conflict is the promotion of peace, China will make efforts to promote peace and cease-fire as soon as possible.
Xi Jinping said that will send its special representative to Ukraine, China will discuss with all parties to resolve the Ukraine conflict.
France responded to the telephone conversation between the presidents of China and Ukraine, saying that Ukraine encourages peace and dialogue to resolve the conflict.
In a statement issued by France, it said that it supports such dialogue that is in line with the fundamental interests of Ukraine.
French officials said they support negotiations that are in line with international law.
It should be noted that President Macron also supported negotiations in the Ukraine conflict during his visit to China.
