On the other hand, with reference to the alleged audio leak of former Chief Justice Saqib Nisar and Khawaja Tariq Rahim, it has been learned that Saqib Nisar asked Munir Ahmed to file an application for contempt of court against Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif.
Khawaja Tariq Rahim is a petitioner’s counsel in the Chief Justice’s Powers Act case.
An 8-member bench of the Supreme Court had issued a ban on the Chief Justice’s Powers Act.
Khawaja Tariq Rahim is saying in the alleged audio that the order of the 3-member bench will come, the 3-member bench of the Supreme Court has ordered to provide 21 billion rupees by April 27 in the election case, the 3-member bench has ordered not to provide 21 billion. In the alleged audio, Saqib Nisar also mentions the incompetence of Prime Minister Azad Kashmir.
