The Islamabad High Court, while hearing the mother’s request regarding the child’s recovery, ordered the parties to investigate and adjourned the next hearing till 2 o’clock on Thursday, April 20.
During the hearing, Justice Arbab Tahir ordered the SP Industrial Area to complete the investigation and submit the report within 2 days.
The father of the child while recording the statement said that the child is with the mother, the court will investigate, on the other hand the mother gave a statement in the court and said that the child is with the father, it was forcibly taken from us, it should be exported.
Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir issued an order to the SP and said, “Who has the child?” Investigate and submit report in 2 days while investigating from both father and mother side.
The court asked the child’s father where he was and why he was not appearing in the court.
The child’s father gave a statement and said that I have not received any notice from the High Court.
The court said that it would not have mattered if the same thing had been told on the first day, but now it will have consequences.
The child’s father’s lawyer Rana Abid Nazir said that the matter was pending in the sessions court.
The court inquired to leave everything and tell where the child is.
Justice Arbab Tahir said during the hearing that on Friday we left the court at 5:30 because of the child’s father.
