Oregon: A man in the United States spread two hundred thousand dollars on the expressway to help and cheer people, but the police have called this process dangerous.
After this incident, a queue of vehicles formed on the busiest highway and people were busy collecting dollars scattered on the road. Thus, long queues of vehicles were formed.
According to Oregon State Police, Colin Davis McCarthy threw the money out the window of the car at the 192 mile marker on Interstate 5 near the Eugene area.
Although it was a dangerous act, Colin has not been charged. Although he could have been charged with interfering with the flow of traffic on the highway and endangering lives. When questioned by the police, he said that this huge amount belonged to his own account and that he wanted to help people.
The police explained to Colin that throwing money on the expressway like this could lead to fatal accidents and that was why he had decided not to throw any more money. On the other hand, the police have asked the public not to look for money on the highway as it is a dangerous practice.
However, the police also tried to find the money, but they could not find a single dollar.
