Clashes between the army and paramilitary forces have been going on since last day in Sudan.
The news agency from the capital Khartoum says that Egypt and South Sudan have offered to mediate between the parties in Sudan.
According to the news agency, Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi and South Sudan’s President Salva Kiir have had a telephone conversation with the Sudanese authorities in Khartoum.
The presidents of Egypt and South Sudan have urged the parties in Sudan to adopt dialogue.
On the other hand, there are reports that 56 civilians have been killed in clashes between the army and paramilitary forces in Sudan.
