In retaliation, 2 robbers were arrested, including one injured
Karachi: One security guard was killed and another was injured due to the firing of bandits in the Superhighway private housing society.
In the phase one of a private housing society on the Superhighway area of Gadap City, robbers fired indiscriminately on resisting during the looting incident, as a result of which one security guard was killed and another was injured.
After retaliatory firing, other security personnel caught 2 robbers including an injured one and handed them over to the police.
According to the Karachi Police spokesperson, the deceased security guard was identified as 28-year-old Iqrar son of Mukhtar, while the injured security guard was identified as 45-year-old Imtiaz Ali son of Muhammad Hanif.
The bandit who was injured by the firing of the security guard was identified as Muhammad Ahmad son of Roshan, while the other arrested bandit was identified as Azmatullah. The police are investigating the incident.
