Karachi: The global price of gold has come down, but the local price has gone up a lot.
According to Express News, the price of gold per ounce in the world market decreased by 6 dollars to the level of 2002 dollars, despite the fact that the price of gold at the national level has increased by several thousand rupees.
The price of gold per tola across the country increased by Rs 3100 to Rs 217700, while the price of ten grams of gold increased by Rs 2656 to Rs 186643.
