Cases under the Terrorism Act;  Summons notice issued to Imran Khan once again

Islamabad: The Federal Police once again issued summons notices to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan for investigation in 6 cases listed under Section 7 of the Anti-Terrorism Act.

The notices were issued by Inspector Mohammad Ashraf of CTD. In separate summons notices, it was said that Imran Khan should be investigated on April 11 in Kothana Ramna and CTD in Section 7 anti-terrorism cases.

According to the cases mentioned in the notices, Imran Khan has been instructed to come to the CPO office Islamabad Police Lines at 2 o’clock on the day and join the investigation in the cases filed under the charges of attacking the police, damaging government and private property, arson and assaulting the security staff. done

Besides, in the notices, an investigation was directed at 4 o’clock in the case of the same nature and provisions registered in Kothana Khanna on April 12.

In total, cases of counter-terrorism against Imran Khan and his other associates are registered in Ramna, CTD, Khanna, Sangjani and Bhara Kahu police stations.

In this regard, a senior officer of the Federal Police told Express that summon notices had been issued to Imran Khan earlier to join the investigation, but he did not join the investigation.

He said that if the three summon notices are not included in the investigation, then unilateral action will be taken against them.
