It is sad that the President of the State has returned the bill approved by the Parliament, Prime Minister

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has said that President Arif Alvi’s return of the bill approved by Parliament is regrettable.

In his Twitter statement, Shahbaz Sharif said that the President proved by his actions that he was working as a PTI worker.

The Prime Minister said that the President of the State is ignoring the constitutional responsibilities for Imran Niazi.

It should be remembered that President Arif Alvi sent the Supreme Court (Practice and Procedure) Bill 2023 back to Parliament for revision under Article 75 of the Constitution.

The president said that in hindsight this bill is beyond the power of the parliament, the bill can be challenged in the court if it is legally artificial and insufficient.
