The Additional Sessions Judge of the District and Sessions Court Islamabad adjourned the Tosha Khana case till April 11.
A hearing was held on the request of the Election Commission to schedule an early hearing of the Tosha Khana case.
PTI’s junior counsel told the court that neither our senior counsel nor Imran Khan complied with the notice.
The report of the compliance of the notice by the police has not yet been submitted to the court.
Earlier, the Additional Sessions Judge had adjourned the hearing of the Tosha Khana case till the compliance notice report was submitted.
