A Muslim man was tortured for talking to a Hindu woman while traveling in the Indian state of Karnataka.
According to Indian media ‘India Today’, this incident happened last Tuesday in Karnataka when 22-year-old Zaheer spoke to his friend, a Hindu girl, on the bus during the journey.
According to media reports, Zaheer’s friend, a Hindu girl, got down from the bus in Belthangdi area while Zaheer continued his journey.
Later, when the bus reached Ajire area, a group stopped the bus, dragged Zaheer out and allegedly tortured him.
According to India Today, the police have arrested the four accused who tortured Zaheer and registered a case against them while further investigation is going on.
