Additional District and Sessions Judge South has granted bail to the accused in the case of a woman’s body being found on two rivers.
Additional District and Sessions Judge South in the Karachi City Court heard the case of the woman’s body being found on two rivers. The court accepted the bail application of the accused arrested in the case.
The court ordered the accused Bisma to be released on a bond of one lakh rupees.
Lawyer Safi had stated that nothing was recovered from Bisma, Bisma had no role in the incident. The victim herself threw her mobile phone in the hospital and the accused Waqas took out the sim.

The role of the witness Aradhana in the case is also the same as that of Bisma, but Aradhana was made a witness in the case and Bisma was the accused in the post-mortem, the cause of death was drowning.
According to the police, on the day of the incident, the accused Bisma and Shan Salim gave the mobile phone of the deceased to the accused Waqas. So far the accused in the case Dr. Shan Salim, Waqas, and Bisma were arrested.
