An inquiry into the alleged corruption in assets beyond the income of former ISI DG Faiz Hameed’s brother Najaf Hameed is ongoing.
Anti-Corruption Rawalpindi has written to the Deputy Commissioners of Rawalpindi and Chakwal, asking them for the records of the lands owned by Najaf Hameed.
It is written in the letter that Najaf Hameed has superseded several seniors for promotion.
In the anti-corruption letter, it is said that the inquiry is going on in Najaf Hameed’s assets in excess of his income.
In the letter, the anti-corruption agency also said that the details of the land owned by Najaf Hameed are required.
