Peshawar: Now the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Bar Council of Pakistan Bar Association, Pakistan Bar and other lawyers’ organizations have also filed a reference against Justice Mazahir Naqvi in the matter of audio leaks.
According to Express News, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Bar Council has filed a reference against Justice Mazahir Ali Naqvi in the Supreme Judicial Council in the case of Supreme Court Justice Mazahir Ali Naqvi’s audio leak.
KP Bar called an early meeting of the Supreme Judicial Council and demanded action and said that the audio of Justice Mazahar Ali Naqvi is an open evidence, the audio proved that he is not biased and accessible judge, therefore against him. Action should be taken.
