Karachi: Two policemen were injured in an accident involving the police mobile belonging to the convoy of Sindh Governor Kamran Khan Tesori while taking a turn on Defense Phase 8 Etihad Commercial Signal.
The police officials have said that the accident occurred while the private car number AYL-627 collided with the police mobile while taking a turn at Etihad Commercial, as a result of which two policemen fell from the mobile and were injured, who were shifted to Jinnah Hospital for immediate medical assistance. The injured personnel include 42-year-old constable Waqas and 32-year-old constable Naeem.
After the accident, Governor Sindh reached Jinnah Hospital to visit the injured personnel and directed the hospital administration to provide better treatment facilities to the personnel.
Governor of Sindh did not take any legal action and the two youths in the car where the accident happened are safe, the governor and his family were not with the convoy at the time of the accident.
