The spokesperson of the Foreign Office has welcomed the removal of Pakistan from the list of high risk countries by the European Union.
The spokesperson of the Foreign Office says that the decision has recognized Pakistan’s performance in countering the financing of terrorism.
He further said that this decision of the European Union will facilitate financial transactions between Pakistan and European Union institutions.
According to the spokesman of the Foreign Office, Pakistan wants to promote economic cooperation with the European Union.
Earlier, Federal Minister for Climate Change, Senator Sherry Rehman, said that the removal of Pakistan from the list of high-risk countries by the European Union is good news in the current chaos.
In his statement, he said that with this important development, exporters and traders will not face obstacles. Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari is credited for this commercial and diplomatic success.
