A larger bench headed by Chief Justice Islamabad High Court Amir Farooq conducted the hearing, the larger bench includes Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani and Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir.
Lawyer Hamid Ali Shah appeared before the court on behalf of the applicant citizen, lawyers Salman Akram Raja and Abu Zar Salman Niazi appeared before the court on behalf of Imran Khan.
Salman Akram Raja said that there is a question of admissibility of this application.
