Chief Justice of Pakistan Umar Atta Bandial including four Supreme Court Justices reached Quetta, will hear two bench cases from today.
According to official sources, Chief Justice Umar Atta Bandial, Justice Yahya Khan Afridi, Justice Jamal Khan Mandukhel and Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar have reached Quetta.
Bench One consisting of Chief Justice of Pakistan Umar Atta Bandyal and Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar has been constituted while Bench Two consisting of Justice Yahya Khan Afridi and Justice Jamal Khan Mandukhel has been constituted.
Two bench cases will be heard for the first time in the new building of the Quetta Registry, video link facility has also been provided in the Supreme Court Registry.
Registry cases can be heard from the principal seat through video link.
