Former Prime Minister and Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) Imran Khan walked back without appearing in the courtroom in the Tosha Khana case.
PTI Vice Chairman Shah Mehmood Qureshi has said that all the legal process of Imran Khan’s attendance has been completed.
He further said that Imran Khan has left the court under cover.
Imran Khan’s departure from Islamabad to Lahore was also confirmed by PTI leader Farrukh Habib.
According to the sources, Imran Khan did not attend the court, he is on the Srinagar highway.
On the occasion of appearance in the court, Imran Khan’s lawyer Khawaja Haris gave arguments in the court and said that the indictment cannot be filed today.
On this, Judge Zafar Iqbal said that it is hoped that the next hearing will be held in F8 Court.
During the hearing, Shibli Faraz said that the FC is full in the judicial complex, there is shelling.
He said in the courtroom in a solemn tone that I am a heart patient.
The lawyer of the Election Commission said that it is suggested that the hearing of the Toshakhana case be held on Saturday.
The judge inquired that the Tosha Khana case is also present in the video link application.
