A new study has revealed that lack of sleep can increase the risk of heart attack.

According to data published in the journal Clinical Cardiology, women are more likely to have a heart attack than men due to lack of sleep.

Chronic insomnia is the most common sleep disorder in the United States, affecting 10 to 30 percent of the population.

The study also reported that women have a 40% higher lifetime risk of sleep deprivation than men.

The study included more than 1.2 million people from the US, UK, Norway, Germany, Taiwan, and China.

About 96 percent of participants in the study had never had a heart attack, including 43 percent of women.

Insomnia was reported in 13% of people in this survey, some of whom were diagnosed with regular insomnia and some of whom had symptoms such as difficulty falling asleep, difficulty staying asleep, or rapid eye movement. Difficulty going to sleep and then going back to sleep.

The researchers also examined the possible relationship between sleep and heart health, finding that those who slept 5 hours or less per night had a 1.38 and 1.38 increased risk of heart attack compared to 6 to 8 hours, respectively. increases by 1.56 times.

The study also suggests that oversleeping can be harmful as people who sleep more are just as likely to have a heart attack as people who don’t get enough sleep.

It should be noted that one person suffers a heart attack every 40 seconds in the United States and is the leading cause of death for the population there.
