Armed accused riding a motorcycle on the Shaheed Millat Expressway within the limits of Karachi’s Baloch Colony police station robbed a citizen of Rs 7 lakh.
According to the police, a citizen named Sohail was going to Manzoor Colony Furniture Market with money from Tariq Road when two motorcycle-riding accused in pursuit stopped him near the furniture market on the expressway.
The police say that the accused fled after robbing the citizen of 7 lakh rupees at gunpoint.
The citizen immediately called helper 15 and reported the incident to the police.
Later, after confirming the crime scene, a report was filed in Baloch Colony police station.
