Karachi: Korangi Industrial Area Police recovered Shehbaz, the owner of the car showroom, who was kidnapped from Dar es Salaam society in an important operation near Korangi Dam.
According to SSP Korangi Sajid Amir Saduzai, during the operation, 3 kidnappers including Malir Sukhan police officer were arrested and weapons and vehicles were recovered.
The arrested accused Sohail Hasan Malir is a police constable of Sukhan police station while Bilal Kar is an official of PQR (Police National Volunteers), the third kidnapped Karshahzad is a private person. and asked for 20 lakhs in exchange for release, while the deal was finalized for 3 lakh rupees.
After the abduction, the accused kept moving the abductee Shehbaz in different areas of Malir and also tortured him by applying electric current. According to the abductee Shahbaz, the accused also withdrew money from his ATM card.
According to SSP Korangi, the accused changed three places to collect the ransom, but the police arrested the three accused while making a strategy.
During the entire raid operation, the American national wife of the kidnapper stayed with her and the success of the police was appreciated by the American national woman.
