#WhatsApp WhatsApp strikes Indians again

New Delhi: WhatsApp has once again banned 29 lakh Indian accounts.

According to media reports, WhatsApp, the messaging platform owned by Meta, has once again closed the accounts of 2.9 million Indians.

This was told by the Indian Minister for IT to the Grievance Panel Committee, who said that these accounts were closed in January.

On the other hand, the company spokesperson said that action was taken on the complaint received from the users against the said account, in which most of the abusive accounts were closed.

It should be noted that ever since Elon Musk became the CEO of Twitter, there has been a cold relationship between India and Twitter.

First, Elon Musk fired Twitter’s Indian-origin CEO, later Twitter fired 90 percent of its users working in India, while 10 percent were instructed to work from home.

Remember that messaging app WhatsApp has more than 40 crore users across India
