Federal Health Minister Abdul Qadir Patel has said that effective measures are being taken to further improve the efficiency of the immunization program.
The annual review meeting of Federal Directorate of Immunization was held under the chairmanship of Federal Health Minister Abdul Qadir Patel.
According to the spokesman of the Ministry of Health, the performance of the immunization program was reviewed in the meeting.
In this regard, the spokesman says that the provincial coordinators of all four provinces, Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Kashmir participated in the meeting.
The spokesman says that representatives of Gavi, Gates Foundation and World Health Organization participated in the meeting.
According to the spokesperson of the Ministry of Health, representatives of the International Children’s Organization (UNICEF) also participated in the meeting.
Addressing the meeting, the Federal Minister said that a strategy is being made to ensure 100% access to immunization.
