Additional Registrar Peshawar High Court Mamreez Khan Khalil decided not to take July vacations to dispose of pending cases quickly.
Peshawar High Court has decided to make the summer vacation one month instead of two months.
Additional registrar Peshawar High Court Mamreez Khan Khalil said that the vacations for the month of July have been terminated, it has been decided not to take vacations to dispose of pending cases quickly, special benches will be established in July to dispose of pending civil cases. Civil cases will be dealt with on priority basis.
Mamreez Khan Khalil said that the Chief Justice of Peshawar High Court and other judges are of the opinion that it is necessary to take steps to provide timely justice to the prisoners. Steps are being taken to computerize the CSI, citizens will also be able to view information about their cases on the website.
