Lahore: The court ordered the release of Mohammad Khan Bhatti while granting bail in the fake recruitment case.

The High Court has approved the bail application of former Chief Minister Punjab Pervez Elahi’s Principal Secretary Muhammad Khan Bhatti in the case related to illegal recruitment in the Punjab Assembly. Justice Sultan Tanveer pronounced a safe verdict and issued an order to release Muhammad Bhatti.

During the hearing, the petitioner’s lawyer told the court that Pervaiz Elahi and Muhammad Khan Bhatti are accused of fake recruitment in the Punjab Assembly. Muhammad Khan Bhatti has been implicated in the bogus case. The allegation is that the failed candidates were employed in Grade 17. There is no evidence of forgery against the accused on record. This case has been made to target political revenge.

According to the lawyer, how did the interview letters come after the marks of candidates Zohaib Al Hasan, Abdullah Masood and others were completed? The allegations of forgery against Parvez Elahi and Mohammad Khan Bhatti are based on lies. The results may have been altered to implicate Parvez Elahi and Mohammad Khan Bhatti. The political opponents of Mohammad Khan Bhatti and Parvaiz Elahi may have forged the money. This is a case of further inquiry, there is no evidence on record, therefore the bail application of Muhammad Khan Bhatti should be granted.
