Karachi: Investigation into the murder of the son of the District and Sessions Officer in Defense has held the son of a retired police officer responsible and the report has been sent to the higher authorities.
According to Express News, the investigation into the murder of the son of the District and Sessions Judge, who was killed by firing two and a half months ago, has been completed and the investigating officer has completed his investigation and sent the report to the higher officers.
In bungalow number 4/18 located in Defense Phase Five of Derakhshan police station area, on 8th February, the young son of District and Sessions Judge, Ali Crew, was shot dead by his friend Daniel Mir Bahr, son of a retired police officer.
The police arrested the accused Daniyal Mir Bahr and registered a murder case against him and started the investigation and after two and a half months, the investigation into the murder of the young son of the District and Sessions Judge has been completed.
It has been stated in the report that on February 8, arrested accused Daniyal had invited his friend Shazia home, Daniyal’s friend Ali Crew, Qasim Ali and his brother Ahmar Nazir were also present in the house.
Regarding the murder, it was told that the accused Daniyal was present in the other room of the house along with his friend Shazia and ordered two burgers and a cold drink for him on the request of the friend, but when his employee was bringing the order, the deceased Ali Karyo took his order and went to Ahamar’s room and ate half of a burger.
On this action of his friend, Daniyal lost his temper and brought his rifle from the guard room and despite the intervention of his brother Ahmar Nazir, Daniyal Nazir’s anger did not cool down and after bitter words, Daniyal fired at Ali Crew, which made Ali Crewe was seriously injured by a gunshot wound to the chest.
After which Daniyal and his brother Ahmar took Ali Crew to the hospital in the car of Ali Crew’s cousin, Ali Crew had died.
In the investigation report, the retired police officer’s son has been declared guilty, it should be noted that the accused Daniyal Nazir is in Mir Bahr Jail and the case is under hearing in the court.
