Peshawar: Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa signed the summary of swearing-in ceremony of the newly elected Chief Minister, according to which the ceremony will be held tomorrow at 3 pm.
According to Express News, Governor Haji Ghulam Ali has signed the oath-taking summary of the newly elected Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Khan Gandapur under Clause 5 of Article 130 of the Constitution.
The swearing-in ceremony will be held tomorrow (Saturday) at 3 pm at Governor House Peshawar and Governor Haji Ghulam Ali will administer the oath of office to newly elected Chief Minister Ali Amin Khan Gandapur.
The announcement of the dissolution of the Provincial Supervisory Cabinet has also been issued by the Governor House, in which it is stated that the Governor of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Haji Ghulam Ali has signed the summary of dissolution of the Supervisory Cabinet on the advice of the Supervisory Chief Minister.
On this occasion, the caretaker provincial minister of information and public relations, Barrister Feroz Jamal Shah Kakakhel was also present. The newly elected Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will also issue a declaration to dissolve the caretaker cabinet before assuming office.
