Lower Dir: One passenger was killed and 39 injured when a bus going from Karachi to Bajaur fell into a ditch.
According to Rescue 1122, a bus going from Karachi to Bajaur fell into a ditch on Taimergarh Khazana Bypass Road, 52 people were on board the bus. As soon as the accident was reported, rescue teams reached the spot and started rescue operations.
Initial reports have confirmed that one passenger has died as a result of the accident, while 39 injured, including women and children, have been shifted to hospital.
After the accident, an emergency has been declared in the district headquarters hospital Timargarh. Deputy Commissioner Lower Dir Timragarh visited the hospital and visited the injured. Passengers from Lower Dir, Bajaur, Mohmand are among those injured in the accident.
