Lahore: In Nishtar Colony, robbers wearing police uniform robbed a family coming from abroad, the police registered a case of the incident.
According to Express News, a robbery incident took place with the I family from abroad in the area of Nishtar Colony, during which the dacoits escaped after looting more than 33 lakh rupees in cash, gold and other goods from the family.
The police registered a case on the statement of the victim, Nadeem, in the FIR, it is stated that the accused were wearing the uniform of the Ring Road Police and their vehicle was also equipped with police lights.
According to the FIR, the victim was taking his family home from the airport at the time of the incident.
