Lahore: The President of Muslim League (N) and former President Asif Ali Zardari had an important meeting in which both the leaders agreed to form the federal government.
According to the sources of Muslim League (N), the leadership of Pakistan People’s Party, Asif Zardari, Bilawal Bhutto, Faryal Talpur reached the house of caretaker Punjab Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi, where after a while, PML-N President Shehbaz Sharif also arrived with his colleagues.
Caretaker Chief Minister Punjab welcomed the leaders of both the parties and welcomed them. An important meeting was held between the leaders of both the parties at Mohsin Naqvi’s residence. Shahbaz Sharif and Asif Zardari discussed issues related to future government formation in the meeting.
Shahbaz Sharif conveyed a special message of PML-N leader Nawaz Sharif to Asif Ali Zardari and said that ‘for political and economic stability in Pakistan, it is necessary for both parties to work together’.

According to the sources, the two leaders agreed to form a government in Punjab and the Federation while also expressing willingness to continue the series of meetings. The two leaders also agreed to present the views of their respective parties in the upcoming meeting for government formation and to finalize all matters with mutual consultation.
According to the sources of PML-N, Nawaz Sharif entrusted Shahbaz Sharif with the mandate of all measures for government formation in the Federation and Punjab.
Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has arrived in Lahore by a special private plane from Sukkur, where he will consult with the members of the central executive committee of the People’s Party regarding the formation of the next government. A political meeting will be held in Lahore regarding the upcoming government formation.
