Karachi: DG Rangers Sindh visited different areas of the city in the context of general elections.
To review the security situation of Shahr Quaid, DG Rangers Sindh Major General Azhar Waqas visited Civic Center, Karsaz, Drug Road, Mazar Quaid, Daud Chowrangi, Indus Chowrangi, Korangi, Qayyumabad, Nursery, Lasbela, Golimar, Board Office, Visited North Nazimabad, Sakhi Hasan, Nagan Chowrangi, Sohrab Goth, Gadap, Malir Halt and adjoining areas. On this occasion, Area Sector Commanders gave a briefing to DG Rangers.
DG Rangers Sindh made a special review of the security in the areas adjacent to the highly sensitive polling stations and issued orders to make the arrangements more effective.
On this occasion, DG Rangers Sindh Major General Azhar Waqas said that the quick response squads of Sindh Rangers are ready to deal with any kind of situation in collaboration with Pakistan Army, Police and other institutions. Implementation of the rules and regulations issued by the Election Commission will be ensured.
