Defense Minister Khawaja Asif lashed out at Pakistan Cricket Board Management Committee Chairman Najam Sethi.
Reacting to Najam Sethi’s tweet, Khawaja Asif said that this person compares the security establishment of the state with PSL and says that attacking security forces is halal and PSL is haram.
The Defense Minister said that the lives of the army and police are not important to this person, he is only satisfied that the PSL is safe.
It became clear that our elites value their own interests more than national security.
Najam Sethi had said in his tweet that TTP will only attack the security establishment because they have broken agreements, so they pose no threat to PSL.
After the criticism, Najam Sethi deleted his tweet.
