Peshawar High Court accepted Emil Wali’s pardon in the contempt of court case.
A contempt of court case against ANP provincial president Amil Wali Khan was heard in the High Court.
Amil Wali Khan said that I am sorry if Chief Justice Ibrahim Khan was hurt by my statement, I am also sorry for the incident that happened inside the court in which the petitioner was subjected to torture, ANP Char Believes in the philosophy of non-violence for generations.

Chief Justice Muhammad Ibrahim Khan disposed of the case on behalf of Amil Wali Khan and issued a written order to approve the apology.
At the last hearing, the Chief Justice had ordered Emil Valli to apologize by issuing a three-part statement.
It should be remembered that Emil Wali Khan had made an insulting statement against the Chief Justice of Peshawar High Court. PTI leader Fazal Muhammad from Charsadda had filed a contempt of court case against Amil Wali.
