A major change in the Supreme Judicial Council after the resignation of Ejaz-ul-Ahsan

Islamabad: After the resignation of Supreme Court judge Justice Ijaz-ul-Ahsan, there was a major change in the Supreme Judicial Council and the Judicial Commission.

According to the details, after the resignation of Justice Ejaz-ul-Ahsan, Justice Mansoor Ali Shah has been appointed as a member of the Judicial Commission and the Supreme Judicial Council.

After the resignation of Justice Ijaz-ul-Ahsan, now the number of vacancies in the Supreme Court has increased to three.

It should be noted that the appointment of three judges in the Supreme Court will be done by the Judicial Commission headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Qazi.

Justice Mansoor Ali Shah will hold the post of Chief Justice of Pakistan for three years and one month instead of two years and three months.
