Accountability Court; Another 6-day physical remand of Fawad Chaudhry approved

Islamabad: Accountability Court approved another 6-day physical remand of Fawad Chaudhry.

Fawad Chaudhry was presented in front of Judge Muhammad Bashir of the Accountability Court, on this occasion Special Prosecutor Irfan Bhola, Sohail Arif and the investigating officer appeared on behalf of NAB while Fawad Chaudhry’s lawyer Faisal Fareed Chaudhry and others also appeared in the court.

The prosecutor argued in the court and said that a 14-day remand was requested, while a 10-day remand was granted. Various recoveries are also to be made and other evidences to be collected including suspicious transactions.
