Rawalpindi, Lahore Blues and Peshawar won their respective matches in the Super Eight stage of the ongoing National T20 Cup in Karachi on Wednesday.
During these matches, Sahibzada Farhan, Mohammad Haris, Kamran Ghulam, Hussain Talat and Khushdal Shah were prominent in batting. All five scored fifties.
In the match played at the National Stadium, Peshawar defeated Abbottabad by 21 runs.
Batting first, Peshawar scored 195 runs for the loss of 4 wickets. Sahibzada Farhan and Mohammad Haris played an innings of 64 and 64 runs respectively.
In reply, the Abbottabad team scored 174 runs for 9 wickets. Kamran Ghulam scored 67 runs.
Rawalpindi won by 5 wickets against Lahore Whites in the match at UBL Sports Complex.
The target of 147 runs given by Lahore Whites was achieved by Rawalpindi in the last over.
The match between Lahore Blues and FATA at NBP Sports Complex went to Lahore Blues by 8 runs.
Hussain Talat of the winning team played an unbeaten innings of 57 runs off 52 balls.
