The 4-day match between Pakistan and Prime Minister XI will start tomorrow in Canberra.
Pakistan team will field four fast bowlers and a spinner, Sarfraz Ahmed will be included in the final eleven as a wicket-keeper batsman.
The trophy was unveiled by the captains of both the teams in Canberra. Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese also held a ceremony in honor of the teams at Parliament House.
The preparations of the teams for the first-class match before the Test series between Pakistan and Australia have been completed.
Pakistan and the Prime Minister’s XI will meet in Canberra, where the national team practiced extensively while the captains of both teams, Shaun Masood and Nathan McSweeney, unveiled the trophy and posed for photographs.
According to sources, Pakistan team will field with four fast bowlers Mir Hamza, Khurram Shahzad, Faheem Ashraf, Amir Jamal and spinner Abrar Ahmed.
Sarfaraz Ahmed will join the team as a wicketkeeper-batsman while Imamul Haq, Abdullah Shafiq, Shan Masood, Babar Azam and Saud Shakeel will also be part of the final XI.
