National cricketer Naseem Shah’s younger brother Obaid Shah says that it is desired that all three brothers represent Pakistan.
Two brothers of Naseem Shah, who made a splash with his fast bowling in international cricket, are also ready to represent Pakistan.
Younger brother Haneen Shah is making a splash in the National T20 Cup, while Obaid Shah, who is part of the U-19 team, says that he has learned a lot from his brother. He wishes that all three brothers would represent Pakistan in international cricket.
Speaking to Geo News in Karachi, 16-year-old Obaid Shah said that he started cricket with Naseem Shah and now he wants to represent Pakistan like his elder brother.
Obaid Shah is part of the Pakistan U-19 team and is currently training hard in Karachi to represent Pakistan in the ACC U-19 Asia Cup.
Obaid said that he watches his brother’s videos before every match and consults him about the condition before the matches.
He said that even before the U-19 Asia Cup, he will consult Naseem on how to bowl in UAE.
The young fast bowler said that he knows how to bowl according to the conditions, can also attack with the new ball and also has the skill to benefit from the old ball.
To a question, Obaid Shah said that he wanted the three brothers to represent Pakistan and enter their names in the record book like Muhammad Brothers, Elahi Brothers and Akmal Brothers.
He said that at the beginning of his career, Naseem advised him to correct the bowling action to avoid injuries, which he followed.
Talking about the U-19 Asia Cup, he said that he wishes to play his best in this event and play his role in making Pakistan the leader.
