Health Secretary Iftikhar Ali Shalwani says that fighting together with global partners to fight AIDS.
Federal Ministry of Health organized a special event on the occasion of World AIDS Day.
Secretary Health Iftikhar Ali Shalwani while addressing the event said that AIDS is a disease that we are fighting together with international partners, it has been a challenge for different countries including Pakistan. It is doing its best.
He further said that we have got the support of UNDP and UNICEF on the problem of AIDS, Pakistan also fought Corona and was successful in it.
The health secretary also said that more work is needed on AIDS in 10 to 15 districts, to eradicate AIDS, we will have to go to the district and district level and the most important thing is to create awareness about AIDS among the people.
